It's really starting to warm up, meaning it's time to start using the grill again. Tonight is Steelhead Trout.

Depends on your source.

as per Discusscooking.com:

No, we (aussies and I speak for all here ;) ) call in BBQing, and don't use it for long slow cooking, use it for what you call grilling.

for the most part, I'll interchange the word.

i.e. "I'm gonna BBQ tonight" followed shortly by "K, I'm gonna throw the steaks on the grill now"
