Every day I walk into downtown to get to work, and every morning I cross the same bridge. As a designer, I like to think I understand art, at least to some degree. These banners, however, I just don't get. They're on both sides, and all the way along. And they're all ugly. To me, they look like magazine clippings stapled to a burlap sack.Nikon D80

They really do look like burlap sacks. Odd.
Love the composition here with the space given to the banner.
A nice spring storm with a lot of wind will help... Nice photo!
